Since Tower press cloths have a limited service life, they require regular cleaning or replacement. Proper handling during the installation and removal process is crucial.
The filter cloth is marked with a "work side" label, indicating the correct filtration direction. Please pay attention to this.
For initial installation, ensure the filter cloth is oriented according to the equipment’s operational direction. After threading the cloth according to the equipment's operation path, gather the two ends of the filter cloth neatly, then slowly thread the accompanying stainless steel wire through. When connecting the filter cloth, the stainless steel comb on the opposite side of the operation direction should have one more tooth than the one in the operational direction. After connecting the comb in a zipper-like manner, once the steel wire has passed completely through the stainless steel comb, bend and lock both ends of the wire.
When replacing the filter cloth, do not remove the cloth currently installed on the machine immediately. Use it as a guide cloth for connecting and pulling the new filter cloth through, replacing the old cloth. Then follow step 2 to connect the steel comb.
Correctly utilize your equipment's alignment device to prevent misalignment ofthefiltercloth which could result in folds or damage.
After installation, confirm that the filter cloth’s operational direction is correct before starting the machine.
