3. Remove the used filter cloth and replace it with the new one. Ensure that the two ends of the joint clipper docking are positioned correctly. Paying attention to this step, the running direction of one end of the clipper should be in the opposite direction to that of the other. 4. When the filter cloth has been installed in accordance with the equipment's running direction, the joint clippers at both ends will be neatly assembled. Subsequently, the pin wire will be passed through slowly, and fully through clippers. Finally, the pin wire will be locked at both ends by bending back.
5. If the product is supplied with an overlap, please pull the velcro on the overlap flat and fasten it. If not, please omit this step. If glue is used to seal the seam part, ensure the glue is evenly applied on the clipper (45g of glue). The sealing length should be 60-80cm. After application, allow 3-4 hours to dry. Then, the machine can be switched on and used.
6. Adjust the filter cloth's looseness and tightness moderately. Check the normal operation of the equipment's deviation correction device, and then switch on the equipment.
