- Selecting Yarns
It is of the most importance to select the appropriate yarns. High-quality yarns is fundamental to the production process, as they must demonstrate resistance to abrasion, corrosion and high temperatures.
- Yarn Twisting
Yarns undergo a twisting process, whereby they are twisted, twisted together or doubled, depending on the filter cloth in question.
- Warping
Warping is the process of winding a specific number of warp yarns in parallel on the warp beam or weaving beam, in accordance with the required length and width. It is essential to maintain precise control of the yarn tension to guarantee an even distribution and stability of the yarns throughout the subsequent weaving process.
- Weaving
This is the most crucial step in the production of filter fabric. Weaving refers to the interweaving of warp and weft yarns on a loom according to a specific pattern, then creating a fabric. Once the weaving process is complete, the filter cloth must undergo post-processing processes. Heat -setting is to apply the filter cloth to mechanical pressure and high temperatures to enhance its thermal stability and air permeability, to improve the filtration performance. The calendering process involves mechanical rolling to create a smoother and cleaner surface on the filter cloth, which improves the efficiency of cake release.
- Cutting
The filter cloth will be cut based on the order required width, followed by edge sealing. Once the cutting process is complete, the filter cloth will be installed clipper and glue coated. The seam clipper process is tailored to meet specific production requirements, enabling the filter cloth to fulfil a connecting role in the process of use.
- Packing
Finally, we come to the packing process. Before packaging, we will conduct a quality inspection of the filter cloth to ensure that it meets customer requirements and relevant standards.
