In 1994, Bolian successfully developed the first tower press filter cloth, marking a new chapter in the localization of industrial filter cloth. We are grateful to our domestic and global customers for their continued support and recognition of our filter cloths over the past 30 years. We have been committed to focusing on producing high-quality filter cloth for the solid-liquid separation, while also actively pursuing research and development to meet new challenges in the industry. We are delighted to present our latest Bolian products on this blog.
The project relies on high-end tissue production technology and is applied to high-speed mesh machines to achieve the localization of high-speed papermaking mesh.

Characteristics of tissue forming fabric
① Three-ply woven structure is made of imported monofilament, which has better supporting performance.
② The surface has no mesh marks and easy to clean. It has good paper stripping, high paper forming capacity, high pulp retention and high dewatering capacity.
③ High abrasion resistance to improve the fabric service life.
④ Woven with imported equipment, it has good running stability and high stiffness.
The project relies on graphene film processing technology, with the result being applied in film forming production. It’s applicable to the production of graphene materials, with special processing technology, making it smooth fabric surface, easy peeling of base film, and flat film formation. The average service life can reach 80-100 times, which improves operational efficiency. The imported high-strength equipment weaving process results in a high warp density and good durability. Polypropylene material has good physical properties, mechanical properties, and chemical stability.
The project is based on domestic and international hydrogen energy production processes, and the result can be applied to the electrolysis of hydrogen energy. Our product range is extensive and can be tailored to suit the specific requirements of on-site working conditions. We have extensive experience in research and development, as well as in production, allowing us to meet the requirements of the electrolysis process.
The project is based on the phosphorus chemical industry to process phosphorus fertilizer and filters phosphogypsum. It enables the production of high-quality phosphate fertilizers and the harmless disposal of phosphogypsum.
The filter cloth is woven by imported equipment and made of polyester with high strength, good chemical stability, high temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance. This ensures its performance and life, uniform filtration precision, and high filtration efficiency.
