On November 8, Bolian Chairman Xue Xiaotong-who also serves as Vice President of the Dalian Polytechnic University Alumni Association and President of the Shenyang Alumni Association-participated in the 2024 Outstanding Alumni Entrepreneurs Forum hosted by Dalian Polytechnic University.
