Liaoning Bolian Filtration Solutions was established in 2008, formerly known as Shenyang Bolian Filter Cloth Factory, which is the first manufacturer of synthetic fiber woven filter cloth in China. With extensive production experience and a solid technical foundation, Bolian has been committed to the filter cloth industry with specialization and innovation, with an annual production capacity of 6 million square meters.
Our product range is divided into three main categories: press filter cloths, belt filter cloths, and electrolytic diaphragm cloths.
Filter cloths are mainly used in industries including environmental protection, metallurgy, non-ferrous metals, petroleum, mining, chemicals, cement, pharmaceuticals and food.
We have been deeply engaged in the industry for 27 years, consistently allocating a portion of our operating income to research and development (R&D) initiatives. Bolian has a professional R&D team with a focus on scientific research. We have German experts in the textile industry as the technical director, with 20 senior technology researchers engaged in scientific research and development. We currently hold 16 national technology patents.
Our star product, the high-strength and low-elongation vertical press filter cloth, is made from premium yarns and features a unique weaving structure. The elongation can be controlled within 1%, with filtration accuracy up to 3-5 microns. Furthermore, this product has been approved by FDA, allowing to be applied in the food industry.
Tissue forming fabric is a crucial part of a paper machine, playing the role of fiber and liquid separation, post-separation support, and transmission, directly affecting the quality of the final paper product. It features a three-ply fabric structure, offering greater density and better fiber support compared to the standard two-and-a-half-layer mesh.
The ability of Bolian to maintain its position in the competitive market and achieve steady growth is due to continuous technical innovation.
