In 2009, Yichun City, Jiangxi Province, China, home to the world's largest polymetallic associated lepidolite, launched the Decision on Accelerating the Development of Lithium New Energy Industry, and was the first prefecture-level city to formulate a 10-year plan for the development of lithium new energy industry, making Yichun become the "Asian Lithium Capital". According to public data, Yichun has more than 2.58 million tons of proven available lithium oxide reserves, accounting for about 40% of China's national lepidolite reserves and 12% of the world's total. The resource amount is equivalent to 6.36 million tons of lithium carbonate equivalent. More data has been obtained from subsequent exploration, and the actual reserve scale of Yichun may be higher.
Yichun's production process is dry sintering (dressing process) and wet extraction, mainly used in belt filters, filter press filters, etc.
For the lithium extraction process, Bolian has specially developed and produced lithium vacuum belt filter cloths, which have the best filtration performance.
Stable quality woven by the whole set of imported equipment.
Up to single width of 4.8M with good acid and alkali resistance.
Independently developed multi-layer fabric structure, composed of filter layer and support layer. The yarn aperture is enlarged layer by layer, forming a monofilament filter cloth for vacuum suction belt filter for fast diversion.
Uniform air permeability, good stability, and low water content of the filter cake. Liquid recycling rate can reach 85% and above with higher filtration accuracy.
Customized different widths for filter cloths to suit application conditions.
Independent research and development of heat-setting equipment to make the treated horizontal filter belt surface smooth and uniformly porous, so that the filter cake is easy to release.
With strict quality control management, Bolian ensures each production process strictly follows the ISO9001 quality management system standards and national textile industry standards.
